Insurance Reimbursement

The responsibility for payment of bills is a direct obligation of you, the patient.  If you wish us to bill your insurance, it is necessary for you to sign a release.  The office will bill Medicare, Blue Cross, Blue Cross Advantage Plans, Blue Care Network, Blue Care Network Advantage, HAP and any insurance with which we participate.  At the time of the visit, you are expected to pay deductibles, co-pays, or the portion of the bill for which you are responsible.

Fees and Payments

Fees are based on the number and complexity of your problems.  Fees for counseling are based on time.  Rates for either may be obtained from the office staff.  Payment is expected at the conclusion of each office visit.
